Problems with Shuffle

My Question or Issue

Shuffle isn't really shuffled. Every time I add a new song to my liked songs list, the next time I shuffle play this list, these songs are played first and together. Also shuffle tends to group genres together. For example, I frequently get hiphop songs bunched together, jazz bunched with other jazz etc.
