My Question or Issue

My queue (usually over a hundred songs which I add manually) notoriously disappears and never comes back. I have never asked for help before as I could not figure out in what circumstances the issue occurs. I rarely use my phone for playback, ie. plug my headphones directly. Usually I switch between my bluetooth car stereo and my chromecast device. 

 

I'm still not sure when exactly the queue disappears but it seems that  SOMETIMES it has something to do with Chromecast. Before that I thought it was a memory issue on the phone. But it happens even when the app is "locked in memory" so  when the phone prevents the app from killing it. 

 

For instance, I add songs to the queue, I connect the phone to Chromecast through "connect to a device", click next, and the queue is gone. It also happens to slightly older queues. I connect to Chromecast, the queue is there and I'm able to play all the songs. But after I want to cast anything else using a diffrent app, the queue in Spotify goes blank as well. These are the cases when I know the issue appears. But I bet it's not the question of Chromecast connectivity alone as it happenned before. 

 

Please do something about it. It happenned to me countless times already. The queue is the most important feature in the app to me at the moment. I don't care about Spotify's suggestion algorithims, as they don't work for me. Without a queue I can trust the app is useleless. I am seriously considering giving other services a try right now.
