My Question or Issue

My spotify is very slow and sometimes not responding on my Redmi note 9 pro even when it's offline. And it takes too long to open. How do you fix this?

If you see no change after the clean reinstall, try disabling any power saving or data cleaning settings on your mobile device. Alternatively, you can try authorizing Spotify to run without restrictions despite the mentioned settings being enabled. I'm facing a similar issue ,when i start it, it shows blank screen and slowly after some time it just loads ui with no icons or thumbnails. i think it caused some random reboots to my phone maybe its having some compatibility issues, i have redmi note 9 pro max.

We'd recommend running a clean reinstall of the app. Please follow the steps from this Spotify Guide exactly, as this will assure that all app data is cleared completely, before reinstalling.

Also, make sure that Battery optimization is not enabled for Spotify from the system app settings, as well as that the app is granted all permissions. These settings could be hindering the performance of the app.
