Radio Queue greyed out Galaxy Tab s6, viewable desktop

My Question or Issue

I've noticed that the "queue" button in Spotify on my Galaxy Tab s6 is greyed out yet on the desktop (Win10) version of Spotify it's clickable just fine.

Is this just another "if you're not premium, the app doesn't have it" thing or is it because it's mobile?

I've tried uninstalling/re-installing but that didn't change anything but I didn't think it would, given that it's not lit up on my Samsung s8+ phone either.

I'm curious (mostly out of frustration) because the Tab s6 behaves like the desktop: no forced-shuffle playback of albums at all (unlike my s8+ phone where it's all shuffled because I'm not premium). If the Android version running on my tablet mimics the desktop version, shouldn't the queue button be able to be accessed?
