Radio and daily mix does not work

My Question or Issue

 I can not access the radio or my daily mix`s on my phone, I am using the Spotify Connect to use thus functions on the phone.

 

The option to see the artists, the album and radio of the music is gray out in the music page, and does not work in the others.

 

the Radio Tab say that something has gone wrong, please try again.

So, anyone knows a solution?

We'd recommend reinstalling the app by following the steps at https://support.spotify.com/article/reinstallation-of-spotify/. Let us know how it goes as soon as you do it. Also, can you let us know if you have this issue while using WiFi or your mobile network?
