My Question or Issue

After a few second in background, Spotify just shutdown itself

i removed "optimize" from android option

i don't have any kind of battery saver

i made a clean reinstall

nothing works

Just to confirm, have you tried these specific steps to reinstall the app? This process is more thorough than the usual one.

If a clean reinstall using this guide didn't do the trick, there's also a few other things we can try. Can you make sure that Spotify has all necessary permissions enabled?

1. Open your Settings menu.

2. Scroll to the bottom to find Spotify and open the app settings.

3. Enable everything you see.
