My Question or Issue

 Just today when shuffling a playlist I made for one specific artist, it started playing songs that are not on any of my other playlists. My wife and I both use this account and she has her own playlists that are downloaded on her phone but not mine. I'm sure some of the songs are on hers but I was offline so they shouldn't have played at all. I have the option where it'll play related artists turned off too.

Now aside from that, it's extremely aggravating that there's no live chat or email option for tech support for this app like there is for almost every other app I use. I hated scouring this forum for an hour trying to find a number or email.
