Hey @jani87! Welcome to the Spotify Community. ^^
That doesn't sound quite right.
Have you tried reinstalling your app? If not here's a step by step tutorial.
Let us know if that helps, thanks! ^^
Peace
Yes I tried it, and not solve the problem. ๐
Please let me know the following details:
1. Exact Device (e.g. Samsung Galaxy 4)
2. Exact operating system (e.g. 4.4.2)
3. Spotify app version installed (2.0.0)
4. What are you doing when the app skips/ stops/ crashes? Is it when it opens? When scrolling through tracks? When searching?
5. About how many playlists do you have?
Thanks! ^^
Peace
1. Exact Device (e.g. Samsung Galaxy 4) : Sony Z2
2. Exact operating system (e.g. 4.4.2) : 6.0.1
3. Spotify app version installed (2.0.0) : 7.2.0.1250 arm v7
4. What are you doing when the app skips/ stops/ crashes? Is it when it opens? When scrolling through tracks? When searching? : Nothing, I start a Playlist and after some song about 4-5 song it randomly stop. I dont use the phone in this time. I must press play to listen again. It is very very annoying.
5. About how many playlists do you have? 10-20
Do you have one of te power-saving modes enabled? If so, try turning it off. Additionally, exclude spotify from android's power optimisation as follows:
1. Open the Settings app on your phone (Pull down the notifications shade, and tap the gear in the upper right corner, or find โSettingsโ in the App Drawer.)
2. Tap Battery.
3. Tap the menu button and choose โBattery optimization.โ
4. Tap the dropdown menu at the top of the screen and select โAll apps.โ
5. Scroll down to Spotify - tap it and select "Don't Optimize"
I tried it, but not solve it unfortunately. The random stop exist yet. After I continue the playing the music a bit louder. So not the same loud. ๐
What is the solution?
Anybody?
