Spotify and Galaxy S10 don't work together

Yes, I'm sure it's not Spotify, per se. It's almost certainly Samsung doing stupid Samsung**bleep**

Your phone settings might not be letting Spotify run in the background. To check if this is the case, please follow the steps in this post in the exact same order as given there and let us know what happens.
