Reached three device limit?

Reached three device limit?

Whenever I try to download a playlist, it says I've reached the three device limit, but I only use Spotify on one device. I deleted all of the devices on the account, but it still happens.

That's odd. If you've deleted all devices and it's still showing the error you may have a caching issue.

 

Try logging out of the app on your device then uninstalling the app. Log onto your account and remove all offline devices (again). Then reinstall the app on your phone and log back in.

 

Try again and see if this helps
