Recently Played

The new update has removed the "Recently Played" section from the "My Library" section.

Is there any way I can access the list of my recently played other than the unintuitive sideways scroll section on the "Home" page?? 

This was a really useful feature I don't quite understand why it was removed...

Yes, your Recently Played is now pinned to the homepage in the app.

Spotify runs updates to improve your experience with the app. The refreshed “Your Library” was developed to help you manage and access your favorites faster. It’s the first version of this update and Spotify will continue to build on it based on your feedback.

Thanks for posting about this here in the Community!

As @Billy-J mentioned, you can now find a list of your Recently Played items pinned on the top of your Home page. 

You can also scroll down and sort playlists in Your Library by Recently Played. There's more info about this in this Spotify Answer.

but unfortunately you're missing the points:

The Home page ist not available offline, and "recently played" is not available for albums (only for playlists)...
