Yet again, Spotify has deleted all my offline play lists once my 30 day licence expired, but this time I can't even renew my licence by going on line - I just keep getting the usual message about the licence expiring and having to go on line to renew it.

 

I've even tried uninstalling and re-installing, to no avail!

 

This is really really frustrating Spotify. Please tell me what I need to do!! This issue has been going on for so long that it really is time you fixed it!!

Did you ever fix this issue?  Im having the same problem...

It did sort itself out eventually once i started to download playlists again. I don't have much confidence that everything won't end up being deleted again but fingers crossed
