Reseting of storage device after restart.

After restarting my phone spotify redownloads all the songs that i previously downloaded and rests my Storage device back to my phone and not my SD card.

Our tech teams are currently looking into storage issues for devices using an SD card on Android 9.0. We'd recommend heading over to this Ongoing Issue and adding your +VOTE there to stay updated.
