Accidentally pressed "Report Explicit Content". Can I cancel it?

I don't believe that there is a way to undo this, but songs are not immediately marked as explicit once you report them.  They have to be reviewed by Spotify, who will ultimately decide whether or not to mark a song as explicit.  Also, if your report was a mistake, this song isn't likely to have been reported as explicit by others, meaning it will not be considered as likely to be explicit or as high priority for review as a song that many have reported as explict.  Because of this, nothing should happen if the song is not explicit, so I wouldn't be too worried about this accident!
