I am premium customer, i-e you charge 9.99 per month for me to use your service. I would think you would be under some sort of SLA for this service?

I primarily subscribed to Premium because I want to use it when I am out and about. Your application sux, sorry for the rude language but that is the only way I can describe it.

The application has too many bugs and is extremely annoying to the point where it becomes unusable.

1. Reports no Internet when I have.
2. Mysteriously my downloaded playlists vanish leaving me with no music.
3. Uses background data when 3G setting is off costing me mobile data charges.
4. Randomly logs out when there is no internet, leaving me unusable app. Full of bugs crap.

This is the list of things I have had issues with so far, in addition to that, the interface is very laggy.

Can you please tell me when will you fix this? I would like money back for the month I have wasted using this joke of an app.

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂 

 

A lot of these issues have been discussed on this section and the team are actively investigating several of them as serious issues with the android client. No application is perfect, but you are right, there is a lot of work to be done. I would suggest that you give your experience and feedback on each individual problem you have described here on the appropriate topic on this section. 

 

All requests for refunds need to be directed at the customer services team directly using the online contact form.

Well this post was posted several months ago and frankly the quality of the Spotify app is leaving a lot to be desired. For example.

 

Constant messages to restart for an upgrade even though there is no upgrade or it has already been upgraded.

Keeps telling me I am offline when I am online ( flipping the offline status makes no difference).

 

I am a premium subscriber to and this is hands down the glitchiest program I am currently using. The sad thing is it used to work so well. Guess that's progress. If Apple come out with their service and spotify doesn't improve, I'm off.
