S10+ re-downloading music after every restart

Only recently, after each restart on my S10+ all my offline music starts redownloading. After a phone restart I dont even have to open Spotify, as soon as the phone reboots spotify starts downloading all offline playlists in the background to the internal storage not the sd storage which had been selected. I've changed it back to sd for offline storage, reinstalled the app and tried many other things without luck.

Thank you for your post. 

There was an ongoing issue about this that you can find here. This should be fixed. 

If you're still experiencing this we suggest that you perform a clean reinstall of the app to make sure there's no old cache files causing this.

It can also be good to try with another internet connection to see if the issue persists.
