S8 problem with notification when play music in top bar

Spotify users good morning,

I have a problem when a play music, in top bar doesnt show the band/music in my S8.  See the link of my test in two cell phone S4 working and S8 doesnt work.Its in in portuguese audio, but you can understand whats happens in video.

Hi There AgentMyke,

can you please check your Samsung S8 has the latest android software update? There have been many bugs with the launch of the S8 so Android have created an update to fix them. 

to do this please do the following:

• From the home screen, tap Apps, located at the lower right end
• Tap Settings
• Tap System updates
• Tap check for system updates
• If the update is available for you, tap Download Now

Once done hopefully your issue will be solved, though if not do get back in touch and i'll do my best to help.

Hello friend, Good Morning,

I already have the last update from S8. I think the spotify should check it out. The problem maybe is it in android version Nougat...
