My Question or Issue

I've followed the step guide, to a clean install on spotify app, but yet it's not working.
When I've changed to the sd card storage, some weird things starts happening such as:

- profile picture missing (cache problems I guess)

- when I go for a search, i can see the results, but I can't listen or click into the artist/album/music (something like an endless loading)

- can't download my own playlists neither open then (endless loading)

- My library appears empty

Hey there @luccacnd

Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community.

First up, we suggest that you remove the SD card > restart your phone > perform a clean reinstall of the app and check if the issue persists.

If this doesn't do the trick, could you try with a different SD card to see if the same happens?

Keep us posted on how it goes.

ok, I've tried:
Remove SD > reboot > Clean Reinstall > Login Spotify > Put SD > reboot > Change to SD storage - didn't work

Format SD > Remove SD > Reboot > Clean Reinstall > Login Spotify > Put SD > reboot > Change to SD Storage - for now it's working 🙂

Thanks!!
