Could you let us know if this happens across devices or only on a specific one? If it happens only on a specific device, could you let us know the exact make/model, operating system and Spotify version of it?

On another note, would you mind trying with a different internet connection to see if that makes the difference? Also, we'd like to know if this started happening after a specific event such as an update.
