Okay, I'm going to move this topic over to the android section.
I am not really knowledgable with android, so its best to wait for someone who knows what they are talking about to reply!
In the mean time, I would suggest you have a read at this topic and also make sure that you have ample storage space on your phone's internal memory (as far as I am aware, Spotify by default will not use an SD card for storage, although again that could be incorrect).

That's odd when no space for more good music 🙂
But if you have an Micro-SD card, just follow this guide and you can transfer your Offline music from built-in little card to huge Micro-SD card (if you have any installed). Come this way.
Also if you can't find solution from this, just use lower bitrate for syncing to Offline, something like 160 kbps or 96 kbps. Yopu can change syncing bitrate to lower or higher in Settings in Spotify application.

This is baffling me. Could you try reinstalling the app and see if that helps. You will have to redownload everything I'm afraid.
