Samsung gear S3 frontier can't play music says it's in offline mode how do I fix so I can listen to

Keep saying offline mode and I can't find out how to get it out of offline mode to play music

My Spotify did the same on my Classic S3.  I only just connected it to my new phone (Pixel XL) so I decided to do a reset.  Now I can't see Spotify in the Gear Apps store at all!

I have a bad feeling that we are losing Spotify on our Gear...
