Saved music suddenly disappears

Using Samsung Galaxy Grand 2 (SM-G710) with Spotify 3.2.0.1197 (latest according to my Google Play) and use a premium Facebook-based account

It's been two times now that after I finish listening to a downloaded album, it immediately shows that no tracks are saved from it, and all downloads AND saved music also vanish from my Android Spotify completely (it prompts to go find music in Explore instead)
I tried saving an album again and putting it for offline, and every track automatically appeared as downloaded, so the data itself was still retained on the device (at least during the same session)

I cleared data and re-logged in, the problem was amended and my music was there. But it just happened again last night.
What could possibly be causing this? I really hope I don't need to restart the app every week
