Saving Music to SD Card

So, I have my music set to save to the SD card in my phone, and it is on the SD card. However, it is also trying to save everything to my internal storage as well. Any suggestions?

If you check your internal storage with a file manager, you'll find that only SD storage is being used. I get this on my S7 and I suspect it is because the system doesn't identify the cache as app data. It's purely cosmetic and nothing to worry about.

I reported it as a bug but gave up in the end as it wasn't important enough to keep jumping through the so-called trouble-shooting hoops proposed by spotify..
