Search bar disappeared in playlists

My Question or Issue

Since a few weeks I'm not able to drag down my playlist to search within that playlist. I've got loads of huge playlists and use this function everyday. I've updated my Spotify app and Android, but it's not getting back, any ideas what it could be?

Hi there @Nashkeller,

Thanks for reaching out. It's possible that the search function becomes unavailable if Smart Shuffle is enabled. Check if that is the case on your end.

my smart shuffle is not on, still no search bar within my playlist. i just reinstalled my spotify app on pc today because the commands were severely delayed. it was there before, not now.
