My Question or Issue

 I wanted to search for an artist and that is what Spotify thinks I typed instead of what I really typed. And it won't go away.

Thanks for reaching out. Welcome to the community!

 

First up, let's try turning off Offline Mode. Here's how:

 

  1. Tap Your Library icon_library.png.
  2. Tap Settings icon_settings.png.
  3. Switch off Offline Mode.

 

If that didn't do the trick, could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps.

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?
