Spotify stops playing after phonecall

My Question or Issue

Hi,

Whenever I make (or answer an incoming) phonecall, Spotify doesn't restart playing. I then either restart it manually, or forget and then notice it's too quiet. 

I noticed on another thread that you suggested giving Spotify a "phone" permission, but on my device, the only permissions available for Spotify are Camera, Contacts, Microphone, and Storage.
