Selecting "Add to Playlist" does nothing

Selecting "Add to Playlist" does nothing

I'm running the app from a premium account on a Droid Turbo 2 with Android 6.0. After updating Spotify to version 6.2.0.1028, selecting "Add to Playlist" no longer brings up a list of playlists to select from. It just closes the menu.

I deleted my saved data, uninstalled Spotify, restarted the phone, reinstalled Spotify, restarted the phone, then logged in and tried again and it didn't help. I've also tried with a handful of songs and it doesn't work with any of them. Any help would be appreciated.

For now maybe downgrading to an older version would work.

Some folk had this problem whien the context menu was changed to display full screen but this was fixed when spotify switched back to the original context menu. I suggest you try a clean install, following all the steps in the first part of this post.

Yep, that sounds like my problem. When I install from Google Play, the version that installs (6.2.0.1028) still has the full screen menu. I just downgraded back to version 6.1.0.1088 and it has the part-screen menu again and the problem is gone.
