Sequential Play no longer functioning/happening on Premium

Sequential Play no longer functioning/happening on Premium

As of recently (this weekend/most recent update) albums no longer play tracks in sequential order, all playback is shuffle. This is useless and defeats the purpose of listening to an album in total or even sequencing an album to begin with. Not being able to listen to music as it was intended to be heard is the opposite of why i pay for a service that i would like to keep wanting to pay for, but this is beyond frustrating and i cannot find a setting that either fixes this or that i would have ever changed, but having to manually make a playlist of any album i would want to hear is an untenable work around.

what am i missing.?

Hi,

 

I suspect you have shuffle mode on; try opeining the 'Now Playing' bar at the bottom of the screen while you are listening to a track. On the left you will see the shuffle button, is this green? If so then it's enabled. Just tap it to disable shuuffle mode.

This just started happening to me this afternoon. I don't have the shuffle option checked so it is not that. The app was working perfectly ALL morning and then after 12:30 pm CST it started shuffling my album tracks! HELP!!! I don't want to shuffle play these songs, if I did I wouldn't pay for the service!

i amnow unable to play sequentially my songs in my playlist. anyone kn ow how to fix this? shuffle is NOT on.
