Shuffle All on Playlist Folder

I don't even know if this is the right place to post this but I am out of options by now. This was an excellent feature, one I was very reliant on. By removing it you have actually changed the way I enjoy the app and the service as a whole. I saw another post regarding the same subject with a lot of votes, I guess your costumer support isn't very good since you can let 1000+ people complain and ask for a feature and still turn the blind eye to it. I would really appreciate if you could bring back this feature. Unfortunately I will not continue with my suscription if this is not fixed.
