Shuffle/Loop enabling by themselves

I *do not* like to shuffle songs. I also dislike auto looping features. For some reason, the two options enable themselves automatically on my Pixel 7. I find myself constantly disabling them, at least twice a listening session.

Thanks for getting in touch about this and welcome to the Community.

Just to confirm, is this happening with all of your playlists, albums etc. or only with a specific one? Does it happen on the Liked songs playlist?

On another note, we'd recommend logging out and then logging back in twice in a row. This will trigger a sync between your phone and account. 

If the issue persists, it's well worth running a clean reinstall of the app on your phone to get rid of any cached files that might be causing trouble.
