Shuffle function not working well?

Hey Community,

Forgive me if there is already a thread out there for this problem, I didn't do a search.

Anyways, it seems like the shuffle function on my Galaxy S5 isn't working well. It seems to play the same 20-30 songs out of a cluster of the entire playlist  (almost 800 songs). Also, there have been multiple occasions where I will skip a song, and it will 'shuffle' to the exact same songs two or three times. Not sure if this is just a little bug, but I thought it should be addressed. Anyone have any tips on how to fix it? I've tried reinstalling Spotify to no avail.

Spotify is aware of the feedback and had recently tweaked it, but it seems like people still aren't satisfied.
