Shuffle not working on one of my playlists

Spotify, it looks like this is a permanent problem, which means that it will be a commercial, not technical issue...... because you guys are smart enough to fix technical stuff, right?

You owe it to your Premium Users to explain why this feature is not available. There are posts about this dating back at least 18 months, so don't try and tell me that it is anything to do with my bandwidth (up to 144 Mbps), my OPSys, my PC etc when the shuffle function works perfectly well on other playlists.

Looking forward to a publicly explained solution.
