My Question or Issue

 Since the March 2018 update, I am unable to play any of my songs from created playlist in shuffle order and instead have to play each song chronlogically. If I press the blue icon at the top of the playlist, I'm only told about the button's ability to play the playlist in shuffle mode, whihc for me it cannot do. I've already logged out and back in to my account and nothing has worked and all online forums don't have the result I'm loooking for. Please get back to me asap, I don't want to have my playlist of over 500 songs restart from the beginning every time I close the app.
