Shuffle stuck in an endless loop

Definitely occurs when run on mobile device, not sure about desktop

Device: LG G4, running current version of both phone software and Spotify.

Occasionaly when on shuffle, the songs will create an inescapable loop.

For example, Song A will play.  Followed by song B.  Followed by song C.  
Then it will loop back and play song A again, Followed by song B, etc. until shuffle is toggled off and on again.

Has happened a few times with different songs, and has also had a varied loop size, smallest being 3 largest being around 6 so far.

I know there's recently been some changes to shuffle which are supposed to improve it. It may be that you need to refresh your connection, log out and back in again on your device and see if it's still happening.

I know this thread is old, but I have the same problem on the desktop version!! After skipping through the songs several times, confirming there is a loop, Spotify will often stop changing songs and you can click on different songs but it will keep playing the song it is stuck on. The only way to fix it is to exit Spotify completely then reopen it.
