Why does not shuffle works if you have two different phones?

Shuffle should indeed work, regardless of how many phones you have. On either device, tap the "i" icon, and then you should have a menu to allow you to turn shuffle on and off.

No it does'nt happen, have reinstall a couple of time!

Hi

I have the same problem on 2 devices..Shuffle selected but plays in sequence. Very frustrating as shuffle works on my windows and Mac machines.

I have tried support but my devices aren't supported. One solution was to move some music into a new playlist and see it that would shufle play...that didn't work, plus the "trusty" clear data - re-install. Several times to no avail.

Both devices are Andoid (one ICS and one Jelly bean)

Has anyone had any luck?
