Succede spesso che capiti l'errore che si vede nell'immagine allegata, quando tento di fare una ricerca oppure l'ascolto di album già ascoltati, Qualcuno può aiutarmi. Grazie

We hope you don't mind us replying in English. Let's try a couple of things:

• Reinstall the app.
• Remove all your offline devices from your account page.
• Try a different network connection.

If that doesn't help, let us know the following:

• Does this happen on other devices?
• Does it happen while connected to other network connections?
• Does it only happen with albums you've already visited? What about your saved albums?
• A step by step description of how to reproduce the error message.
