Slow downloads - Tried everything

First of all, I'd like to say what I've tried so far:

- Clear offline devices @ Spotify.com
- Full clean install of Spotify
- Change from Normal to High and Extreme
- Tried another smartphone
- Tried another connection, from other places
- Use a proxy inside and outside my country

So, how can I improve it? Two months ago was far better, I used to download 1000 songs in less than two hours, now I can't even reach 10% of this

Current scenario:

Smartphone Moto X Style XT1572
Broadband: 500mbit fiber
Router: Archer C9 11ac/11n, 2.4 & 5ghz
Saving at: internal memory
Operating System: Android 5.1.1

my latest attempt was at an almost empty apple store. their wifi is crazy fast and still it take forever to download one song.
