Someone has access to my account but I've exhausted all options

Long title, I know. I've been having this issue the past month. Basically, I keep finding random tracks added to my "Songs" list from someone that must have access to my account. I've changed my password and logged out everywhere but somehow I keep having tracks added into Songs. This is frustrating because I do not understand how this could be happening because I've done all possible methods to stop it. Can I have some assistance, please?

If you have tried to sign out of everywhere and change the passqword `and check for any unauthorized devices you can email support to help remove any access that you have on your account adding music.
