Someone please help me remove this device

This device (screenshot included) keeps hijacking my account and changing my music when I listen as well as deleting my saved songs. It's always playing Spanish music and I've tried changing my password, and removing it from offline devices and tried signing out everywhere, nothing seems to work.

Hi,

This could be two possible reasons.

The person is on the same network as you and doing it that way.

Have you had your account linked to your Facebook at all? If so, try changing your password on there.

If that does not work, I will leave this to Spotify, or you could make a new account and Spotify can merge the accounts, moving playlists over etc.
