Song starts in mute (LG Optimus G)

1) Everytime a song ends and another begins it becomes muted.
2) If I pause a song, when I resume playing, it starts again from the beginning.

My smartphone information is:
Brand: LG (only internal memory)
Model: Optimus G (E-987)
OS version: Android 4.1.2
Spotify version app: 4.7.0.878
Premium account part of a Family plan
