Songs not downloaded not available

Hi all
Have spotify premium payments up to date etc no problem.
When I'm out and about with full 4g coverage the only songs that will play are those I've downloaded ie with green arrow.
All others won't play unless I download them first it's so annoying. I have download over cellular switched on-but I want to stream most songs not have to download them first. Any ideas?

Are you with T-mobile in the US by any chance? If so, take a look at the "Cannot access Spotify on mobile data" section in this post.

I'm with three in Ireland but that worked! Changing settings to ipv4/ipv6
