Songs restart when phone turns around

Every time I turn my phone around, doesn't matter if from horizontal to vertical or the other way around, the song I'm currently listening to starts again. Please help me.

Thanks for reaching out to the Community. 

If you haven't already could you try performing a clean uninstall of the app, its a different, more in depth way to remove Spotify from your device and it will help you start anew. You can follow steps on how to do it through this link.
