Songs will not play or stop part way through!!!

Hi,

I have an issue with my spotify account on my Samsung Galaxy S5. Most songs I have in my library will not play or stop part way through. I have recently got a premium account and added various music to my library and amde all available offline, however each time I enter the app and start to play music it will tell me that it is downloading tracks. I have looked i my albums/songs and all have the green arrow as though they have been downloaded. I am really confused!

I assume you are on Lollipop; can you try disabling nuplayer as detailed in the sticky at the top of this forum?
