Songs won't play offline even when downloaded

Some of my songs won't play even though it is downloaded/saved to my device for example the screenshot that I posted. Seems that songs that are on a playlist will play, but others won't.

Hey @Darshaniel, welcome to the Spotify Community!

In this case, try removing all of your offline devices here. Then, you'll need to reinstall Spotify following these steps.

Once you've done that, you can download your music again.

I have the same issue on some songs. They start playing only when scrobled few times.
Please release an bug fix update.
