Sound is too low

I want to increase the sound of the volume... Im at max and it sound very quiet... And im not talking about increasing the freakin bass... I listen to punk rock and metal... The apps is clearly not meant to listen to this type of music... I want loud music!!!!

There is no way im gonna pay for premium if i cant listen to the music i like...

(p.s. This isnt an earphone issue other's app for music play twice as loud)

(p.s.2 also why is it so complex to reach you? Im trying to ask you guy this exact question for 2 weeks now without answer... Again im not gonna pay for premium if i cant get in contact with you guys...)

The easiest way to fix sound of that is too is to go to settings look for the option to normalize volume turn that option 2 on and set the level too loud also tweek with your EQ settings as you can find exactly your sound

Anything i do, its still way too quiet. I tried all that prior posting here. Unfortunatly the adds dont have this issue... Every time one start i think ill go deaf... But the music... Quiet quiet quiet.... 

I never been this bored while listening to à song like freebird.
