Sound quality changes along with volume every few min.

I am running the app on my galaxy s3 and every few min the sound quality will get flat and louder. Then after awhile it will change back. I am not 100% positive this is an issue with the app, but possibly my phone. Any ideas on how to fix it.

Im actually having the same problem. I'm using a Galaxy S 6 Edge and every minute or so the quality of the sound will change on its own. It's extremely annoying. I know it's Spotify because I don't have this issue with any other music service on my phone. This is my first month on Spotify and it's not looking good. Is a refund possible if this can't get fixed?
