My Question or Issue

 Dear Community, recently my spotify app has become completly useless. at first, it stopped showing album pictures, then, it completly stopped playing any kind of music (except downloaded) and generally it seems like the app is offline even though it is not checked offline in the settings.

chrome player works fine from my phone so its not a speaker issue.

begging for help, I have tried pretty much everything - reinstalling, resetting, deleting caches, playing with the settings - nothing works.
