My Question or Issue

My spotify has worked flawlessly for the last couple of years. Recently, I've been having connection issues on both my phone & laptop. (I have a a galaxy 9 and windows 10 computer) When I hit available devices and click my echo it just says connecting.... and never connects. When I try to connect from my l laptop it does the same thing.

I've  uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Unlinked and linked the account. Unplugged and plugged in the amazon. Went back through the wifi connection process on the echo and nothing seems to be working.

Hey @Fonda83.

Thanks for reaching out to us about this. We'll be happy to help!

Have you tried installing the Amazon Alexa app on your Android device and performing a manual setup from there? If not, we recommend you do this (we were having the same problem in our office and this worked for us).

Let us know how it goes! If you need any more help, we'll be right here 🙂
