My Question or Issue

Yesterday my Spotify just started to cut out about 4 seconds into each song. I didn't think much of it but today it is doing the same. I have done the following: 

Deleted the app and 're loaded 

're downloaded my songs 

Gone into permissions on phone and made sure storage is ticked 

Cleared cache 

I am connected to Wi-Fi 

I am not a technical person so any help greatly received otherwise I might as well cancel subscription if can't listen to music.
