Spotify Crashes Right When Opened And it does same thing when i log into my personal account

hello fellow person my spotify has been down for 2 weeks now, it works on pc just fine but on mobile it crashes INSTANTLY after i attempt to open the app ive tried commonly re-installing it or soft resetting my phone or even clear cache from my entire phone not just spotify and i cant still get over how there is no fix for it i contacted SpotifyCares on twitter but i got pretty much ignored so it would be a big help if you can provide a solution

System: Android 9 Galaxy J4+ (2018)

Spotify: Free Spotify (non premium)
